Registration Procedure
To complete the registration process, please follow these two steps:
Registration Fees
- All fees include receptions, break refreshments and banquet.
- For early registration, fee must be received by TSFP-7 before April 30, 2011.
- To qualify for student rate, email support@tsfp7.org, attaching a scanned copy of a letter on official stationary and signed by your Department Head/Chair which confirms your full-time student status at the time of registration.
- According to the law in the Province of Ontario, a 13% tax (HST) will be added to the registration fee of all conferences, including non-profit scientific symposia, such as TSFP-7. This tax is claimed by the Federal and Provincial Governments and is not available to the TSFP-7 organizers.
- All payments should be made in Canadian dollars (CAD)

CAD 700 + 13% HST = $791 |
| Student registration by April 30, 2011: |
CAD 450 + 13% HST = $508.50 |
| Student registration after May 1, 2011: |
CAD 500 + 13% HST = $565 |

CAD 150 + 13% HST = $169.50 |
Registration Fee Payment
Payments can be made by three possible ways:
- By bank transfer. Please click here for TSFP-7 bank account information. Make sure that you include the 13% tax in your payment.
- By certified cheque, or international money order payable to the University of Ottawa. Make sure that you include the 13% tax in your payment. Please mail this by registered mail to Professor S. Tavoularis, Department of Mechanical Engineering, 161 Louis Pasteur, University of Ottawa, Ottawa, ON K1N 6N5, Canada.
- By credit card online (not a preferred method, as TSFP-7 will be charged a fee for this service). Please click here to connect to the online payment form.
